(1) Do not use your pant size for reference as pant size varies greatly amongst brands
(2) Do an exact measurement of your waist around your pants. Use a measuring tape or a piece of rope or string and put it through yoru pant loops while wearing pants
(3) Note the measurement on the tape or of the rope and then use the below sizing guide to find your size
